2541887 - Signing Certificate can't be uploaded to Trusted Providers configuration in transaction SAML2

Symptom

You cannot upload the Primary or Secondary Signing Certificate to the Trusted Providers -> Signature and Encryption configuration in transaction SAML2.

You receive following error:
Saving trusted provider data failed.

In a Security Diagnosis Tool trace you find following error:

Certificate cannot be saved in Address Book. Long text: Certificate cannot be saved in Address Book.
