With the EC Time Off solution, you and your employees can manage leave and other absences without the need for vast quantities of paper.
Employees can request time off from their mobiles or on the Web, while managers can quickly approve the requests on their preferred device. Typically, leave policies vary from company to company, within a company from country to country. Even within a country there might be different time off rules per user groups. EC Time Off supports the variety of needs around account and accrual management as well as specific policies while taking leave.
