2533022 - My Inbox error: RFC call was not successful Exception condition "Configuration incomplete"

Symptom

  • After clicking on My Inbox tile, the work item master list is displayed but after clicking on one of the items, the line item screen is hanging
    AND
  • The following error appears in the Gateway Error Log (/IWFND/ERROR_LOG):
    RFC call was not successful Exception condition "Configuration incomplete"
