2525987 - Internal Server Error, SoapFaultCode:5 Server Error or Timeout error (ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT) in jobs using the asynchronous channel

Symptom

Jobs failed with Internal Server Error SRT_CORE 122 or Timeout error (ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT) when checking the response from SAP.

Hint: Regarding error message Timeout error (ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT) check the parameters PROCTIMEOUT (e.g. 600) and TIMEOUT (e.g. 120) for HTTPS protocol for all application servers (see sm51) in transaction smicm at first.

All jobs using support hub could be affected, e.g.:

- REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT
- RECEIVE DATA FOR RECEIVEINSTALL
- RECEIVE DATA FOR RECEIVESYSTEMS
- RECEIVE DATA FOR RECEIVEREADONLYDATA
- SM:UPLOAD SYSTEM DATA
- SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP
- SM:RCD_CHECK_UPDATES (Here could be also affected Solution Manager 7.2 SP03 and SP04).

Jobs SM:LMDB GENERIC UPLOAD failed with SoapFaultCode:5 Server Error .
