Symptom

 During the Managed System Configuration -> Finalize Configuration Step, when running the Extractor Setup activity, the activity throws an error and as such the Extractors cannot be scheduled.

Error:

CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT : SOAP:1023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("Connection to partner timed out after 600s. ")

CX_SOAP_FAILURE : Error when processing Web service call

CX_SOAP_CORE : Error when calling SOAP Runtime functions: SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("Connection to partner timed out after 600s. ")
