Backoffice Customer Support
- When a customer support agent opens a ticket, under Details tag there are fields such as Associated To, Assigned Agent, Agent Group etc.
- You can add a reference to an editor or remove the reference to an editor using a red cross button
- The goal is to disable the removal of a reference i.e. does not show the red cross button
