2515125 - PDF is printed in different page size after upgrading SAPSprint or SAPGUI to 740 version

Symptom

You use device type PDF1 or PDFUC to print spools(ADS and other spool types) to a physical printer, after the SAPSprint or SAPGUI is upgraded to 740 version, the following symptoms may occur:

  • Document is printed with different page size.

  • If the new page size does not match the physical paper and option "Shrink to fit paper size" is activated(this is the default), the document should be printed with slighly adaptions.

  • For some particular printers the paper can not be printed even with option "Shrink to fit paper size" set to 1.
