Offline OData sends records which aren't needed to be synchronized.
When a user creates/updates a record in offline mode then deletes/reverts it in offline mode and then goes to online to synchronize, the request queue has the create and delete event too, therefore extra traffic is used and synchronization time is longer, in spite of there are no changes practically.
