Symptom

Attempting to open a PDF or EXCEL attachment on Android Fiori Client fails when using Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.  Error message in popup window shows:

No available apps

There are no apps on this device that your organization allows to open this content. Contact your IT administrator for help.
