New Fiori-style User Interface for Employees that encompasses all business functions & features provided with the current EC Service Center Solution on the Employee Workspace (Ask HR) key features in a nutshell
(1) Employees can access the new UI directly on each SuccessFactors homepage via an central top level Ask HR link.
(2) Employee’s are enabled to create, submit, edit tickets, reject and confirm solution, getting an overview of all tickets. access up-to-date status information and attach documents to tickets
(3) Employee can access service contact information such as a generic service e-mail address and service phone numbers to address very urgent issues asap
(4) (Optional) Integration to OpenSearch compliant Knowledge base
