2509474 - CX_PARAMETER_INVALID_RANGE in CL_ABAP_TS

Symptom

•  After applying the DBACOCKPIT composite note 1558958, DBA Cockpit reports the following errors and does not work:

Exception: A parameter has an invalid value: Parameter TSTMP-SECS has the invalid value 0.   Information on where terminated     Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_ABAP_TSTMP=================CP" -      in "SUBTRACTSECS".     The main program was "RSDBAJOB ".

  • The ABAP dump shows the following:

In the source code you have the termination point in line 35 of the (Include) program:

"CL_ABAP_TSTMP=================CM005".

The program "CL_ABAP_TSTMP=================CP"

The termination is caused because exception "CX_PARAMETER_INVALID_RANGE" occurred in     procedure "LOCAL_DATETIME_TO_DB" "(METHOD)", but it was neither handled locally nor declared in the RAISING clause of its signature.

The procedure is in program "CL_SYB_DBMS_UTILS=============CP "; its source code begins in line 1 of the (Include program "CL_SYB_DBMS_UTILS=============CM00V ".
