Symptom

  • Attempting to drop a Table User Defined Function (TUDF) fails with error 3702 "Cannot drop or replace the <object name> because it is currently in use.
  • There may also be an "Infected with signal 11" in the tabvar_relase() module with stacktrace:
      Current process (0xd10069) infected with signal 11 (SIGSEGV)
      Address 0x0x00000000008f7665 (tabvar_release+0x81), siginfo (code, address) = (1, 0x0x0000000000000001)
  • Modules seen on the ASE stacktrace include:
      tabvar_release()
