Symptom

You are trying to reset your password by selecting the 'GET SUPPORT' option of the logon screen

Troubleshooting Wizard trace errors seen:
There should be a user set for the e-mail (see stack trace) when signatures are being processed. Please check whether user/users exist for the e-mail/e-mails that are used in the UME notification configuration.
