2498449 - Blank screen when opening SuccessFactors from HCM Employee Self-Service

Symptom

When trying to open SuccessFactors URL from HCM Employee Self-Service application running inside NW Portal environment, the page is not loaded. You get a blank screen and SuccessFactors page is not rendered.

The issue happens only when using Internet Explorer browser.
