  • A J2EE server restart is carried out
  • After this there is a runtime error in the Navigation Panel of the Enterprise Portal (EP)

com.sapportals.portal.prt.component.PortalComponentException: Error in init method
Component : com.sap.netweaver.coll.appl.ui.room.CollaborationDetailedNavigation

Caused by: com.sap.portal.prt.broker.PortalModuleIsStoppedException: Portal application com.sap.netweaver.coll.appl.ui.room Can not be started because it is explicitly stopped

Caused by: com.sap.engine.services.servlets_jsp.server.deploy.impl.exceptions.WCEApplicationNotStartedException: The application [sap.com/com.sap.netweaver.coll.appl.ui.room] is configured to have ALWAYS start up mode. Currently it is in STOPPED status - because of this it will not be started implicitly by the Web Container service and any internal operation that needed this application to be running will fail. The reason for STOPPED status is because the application is stopped by the system administrator.
