2489073 - SAP Web Dispatcher configuration and Mass migration of Diagnostics Agents after upgrade to Solman 7.20

Symptom

As a consequence of the dual-stack split - if your SAP Solution Manager ABAP and Java systems are no longer on the same physical or virtual host, or if the port numbers of the Java Message Server have changed - you need to install and configure a SAP Web Dispatcher (using Kernel 7.42 >= PL 214). To enable the Diagnostics Agents to automatically reconnect to the SAP Solution Manager Java system (which is now on a different host), configure a SAP Web Dispatcher as described in this document.

The SAP Web Dispatcher needs to act as the old Solman JAVA Message Server and redirect the requests to the new JAVA Message Server host and port. In this case perform the SAP Web Dispatcher installation in the same server/host of the old Solman JAVA Message Server.
