2478707 - Problems connecting to BI Platform Support Tool 2.0.8 when CORBA SSL is configured

Symptom

  • Unable to connect to Central Management Server (CMS) from BI Platform Support Tool.
  • Getting the following error in the BI Platform Support Tool logs:
    com.crystaldecisions.enterprise.ocaframework.ServiceMgr||(ServiceMgr:455): failed to initialize SSL SSL mode is being requested. Failure occurred trying to open or read data from the file named cacert.der. The error message is cacert.der (The system cannot find the file specified). (FWM 01013)
