2477901 - Manually Transfer Target System Data to SAP for Service Booking

Symptom

You would like to request a remote service from SAP support to be delivered on your Solution Manager system. However, the background job which sends the target system data to SAP back-end automatically is running with error or not scheduled. So SAP cannot get the target system data to book the corresponding service. Before trouble shooting on the background job status of your Solution Manager system, you may need to manually transfer target system data to SAP so that the remote service can be booked as soon as possible.
