We are facing an issue with our mobile app / fiori client which is connecting
as below from left to right : Mobile client --> F5 -->ADFS/SAML --> SMP --> Gateway --> ECC
We have observed that the mobile app gets timed out after ~20 minutes and takes us to ADFS
screen if we try to access it, on entering the AD credentials, we see the launchpad but the progress indicator keeps spinning and displays RELOAD/CANCEL/LOGIN
none of the button works since the progress indicator keeps spinning. After a while it redirects to blank screen with SAML written on it and we see a cancel button
we came across a below setting in SMP for session timeout, if this is the right setting to correct this issue, we intend to set this to 60 minutes from the current 20 mins.
Will that cause any issues considering that a max of 10 concurrent users use the app ? What could be the ideal session time out value. should we further consider changing
any time out related parameters in GW and ECC.
