2475268 - FRET table is not updated when outbound delivery is deleted

Symptom

Upon deleting the Outbound delivery in VL32N, it is not possible to post a new Outbound delivery on the same Collective Purchase order, because the FRET table is not updated.
The situation is the same in case of reversing/deleting the Goods Receipt.

The status remains completed, and the quantity is zero.
