Customer supported by VAR partner cannot raise incident in ONE Support Launchpad.
When fulfilling the incident form, the customer user see the systems list but cannot select any. The column "Supported By" displays the Partner name in blue. Systems list is displayed but not selectable.
User cannot move forward to fulfil the rest of incident form and submit.
