- SSO is enable in SAP Contact Center and client certificate is expired
- User is not be able to logon at all from that workstation
- CDT gets stuck in "Loading..." and doesn't show login screen at all
- In Connection Server log, the following erro is captured:
ERR> SecureContext::VerifyClient: CertVerifyCertificateChainPolicy failed due to error [0x800b0101] in PolicyStatus
