When creating a mail form, we can set it as 'HTML' or 'Plain Text' type. While when creating an 'E-Mail' activity, there is a 'Format' field. We can also select '0 Plain Text' or '1 HTML' for this 'Format' field. So when we insert a 'Default Text', if the selected mail form is 'Plain text' type and the format is 'HTML', or when the selected mail form is 'HTML' and the format is 'Plain Text', etc, how does the system process with the format type?
