Symptom

Fiori Launchpad can't be accessed:

  • Fiori Launchpad page is totally empty after logon screen and keeps on loading. Fiori tiles are not visible.
    AND/OR
  • Receiving error in Console: Uncaught TypeError: A.resolveHashFragment is not a function.
