2461990 - Local language become # when send to non-Unicode system

Symptom

You create a customized program to send data from a Unicode system to a non-Unicode system via an ABAP connection. You log on the Unicode system with language EN and send the data. Some characters of your local language (not English) show as # when the non-Unicode system receives them.
