- You have configured a system or host to be monitored by a central monitoring system (CEN), however, information is not displayed in transaction ST06, OS07N or RZ20;
- In transaction RZ21, you see that agent for that host or system is showing the status SHUTDOWN;
- When testing the connection to this agent in SHUTDOWN status using the Test Connection button, as per the below image;
you see one of the following errors displayed.
ERROR_WEBSERVICE_RUNTIME_INIT No logical port 'SAPCCMSR_<hostname>_99' exists OR
ERROR_WEBSERVICE_RUNTIME_INIT No logical port 'SAPCCM4X_<hostname>_<xx>' exists
