2451331 - Blending Outbound Campaign and Inbound calls not working as expected

Symptom

  • You have set up the so called "Call Blending" feature in Contact Center, but the system is not offering new inbound calls after the agent has completed the active pending OB call
  • CRM and Contact Center has been integrated successfully
  • Outbound Campaign with Preview Dialler is deployed
  • The call list in CRM is activated and this is replicated to Contact Center successfully
