Upon migrating to Business Process Monitoring and Interface Channel Monitoring within SAP Solution Manager 7.1, attempting to configure specific Interface Channel monitoring objects, i.e. "Evaluate RFC Connections", via traditional steps results in being unable to find the desired Interface channel monitoring object to add within Business Process Monitoring Setup.
