2447925 - When trying to add catalogs on Launchpad, the catalog list loads indefinitely with a "Loading Tiles.." message

Symptom

On Launchpad, when a user tries to add catalogs and tiles to his Launchpad view with the "+" button:

  • The catalog drop down list is empty.
  • A "Loading Tiles..." message appears indefinitely as if the catalog or tile list is being fetched.

  • Browser console logs and gateway frontend error logs are empty or show no meaningful errors (40X or 50X errors).
