2443896 - How to set field status to mandatory/required for contact person details

Symptom

When checking contact person details in VAP1/VAP2, only field "Last name" is set as mandatory/required in standard. You also want to set field "Fax", "Telephone" and "E-mail" as mandatory/required. But you find this cannot be controlled by account group customizing.
