2441273 - Unable to Launch SAP Easy Access Menu Transactions from Fiori Launchpad

Symptom

When configuring Fiori apps in S4HANA 1511 FP02 in an embedded architecture. SAP Easy Access Menu is visible in App Finder. The user is able to see all the Transactions allocated to him and add it to Group. But when users clicks on the Tile, an UI navigation exception is thrown: "Failed to resolve navigation target" and "Could not resolve navigation target".
