2439533 - Failed to connect to the OLAP source when refreshing reports in BI Mobile

Symptom

  • Refreshing reports based on BEx query with OLAP connection from BI Mobile results in an error but work on BI Launchpad
  • Error: Failed to connect to the OLAP source
  • End to End trace logs show the following error -

#Error=Caught Exception from SL Service: : Error: Failed to connect to the OLAP source.

*** com.businessobjects.mds.olap.protocol.sap.jco.JCOConnection.connect(JCOConnection.java:259)

com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Select one of the installed languages on <IP-ADDRESS>
