2428496 - DataHub - specify timeout for jersey client that is used to communicate from Commerce to DataHub

Symptom

In the Commerce there is ImpEx running that imports Discounts or user modifies Discounts from hMC / backoffice. After each record created / updated there will be AfterSaveListener added to queue (for asynchronous processing) or processed by this Thread (synchronous processing). The jersey client tries to communicate with DataHub. When DataHub is unresponsive (whatever the reason) there will ba a lot of Threads (synchronous) or the queue will be filled up (asynchronous) and they will stay in RUNNABLE state for infite (because there is no timeout for jersey client specified) and prevent other AfterSaveListeners from running (resulting in blocking all the cart modifications etc.).
