2427544 - XPI Inspector - Known issues

Symptom

  • Within Process Integration (PI), you have installed the XPI Inspector tool and are facing issues with it.
  • Known Issue A: After capturing a trace with any Example, the result ZIP file is downloaded/saved with a size of 0 KB.
    In the defaultTrace files, you can see the following error:
    Certificate under alias [SAPLogonTicketKeypair] cannot be retrieved from keystore view [TicketKeystore]. Authentication stack: [sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.soap.app*XISOAPAdapter].#
  • Known Issue B: Sometimes when clicking on 'Go back to Start Page' link it returns to the screen displayed while the trace is running, being unable to stop the current trace.
