2423792 - There is no data in the Reporting Administrator (Online Monitoring)

Symptom

  • You launch the Reporting Administrator and noticed that there is no data retrieved into the fields as shown in the below screenshots:

  • The following errors are displayed in the UI
    • /monitor/reportingadmin/frame_top.htm: Invalid dsCheckTimeZoneName.Fields('DisplayName')
    • /monitor/reportingadmin/xml/xmlloadadmin.htm: Invalid dsGetCustomer.Fields('Customer')
  • WebClient Logs:
    • ERR> ODBC error at /monitor/login: 37000 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot open database "XYZ_VWU" requested by the login.
    • The login failed.; /* database [monitor/Reporting,XYX_VWU]*/
    • ERR> /monitor/reportingadmin/frame_top.htm: Invalid dsCheckTimeZoneName.Fields('DisplayName')
