2421317 - System constellation is empty when Upload to SAP Support Portal

Symptom

  • Trying to update marketplace data for a system from the LMDB. When click "Upload to SAP Support Portal" the following message is displayed:

Uploading, Accessing, and Trouble-Shooting ...
Warning The system constellation is empty
Warning See http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-49527 ->
Warning Detailed system information are required if you want to upload data to the Maintenance planner and work with the system(s) there.

  • Uploading the role as mentioned in note 2323260 did not help
