2414401 - One Incident - Two Relevant Systems For Logon - Different Customer Nr. - how to save logon data

Symptom

You've sent to SAP an incident from system XXX, which belongs to the Customer Numberr 12345.
In order to analyze and to solve the incident, the SAP Expert needs to logon onto two systems, e.g. onto XXX and YYY.
The system YYY belongs to Customer Nr. 678910.

Although you've saved the logon data in the Secure Area for both systems, the SAP Expert can only see the logon data for the system XXX.
