2411327 - Japanese characters garbled in JCo trace

Symptom

Japanese error text in "ERRNO TEXT" are garbled in Jco trace.
So far the symptom is only found in Linux OS.

It could happen in the following scenairo:
Jco is installed in Linux OS and tring to connect to an ABAP system which is in another host, the connection is failed due to some reasons, e.g. ABAP system unavailable, or network issues. Then network error as below is logged in Jco trace:
