Symptom

Cannot start CMS after install BI product in AIX, in the install log, get the following errors:

Error: Poco exception caught in File::createDirectories
Error: Class name:   Poco::FileAccessDeniedException
Error: Display text: Access to file denied: /buil
Error: Do not have the necessary permissions to install to: /buil/test/
Error: Identifier not found in lookup: [INS00269]
