You receive service reports from SAP Solution Manager or reports delivered by SAP. There may be some questions regarding the check results or recommendations in the report. This KBA lists some general information for the frequently asked questions.
In the service report it indicates that you can contact SV-BO for further support, however, SAP Support processes only errors or troubles in the system.
