  • Per KBA 2203404, an anonymous user was configured. However, credentials are still requested (via the popup, "Authentication Required") when learning content is viewed.

  • Per KBA 2232739, all requirements were reviewed and verified. However, credentials are also still requested when learning content is viewed.

  • The manager trace (as performed per KBA 1861900) shows that the anonymous user authentication is failing with messages similar to the following:
