A Bill Payment and Transfer Warehouse (BPW or BPTW) Schedule does not run at its scheduled time resulting in pending transactions (Transfers, Bill Payments, ACH payments, Child Support Payments, Tax Payments, or Wire Transfers) remaining pending on the next business day. If a user then logs into Business Central (BC) and tries to force the schedule to run, they get the error:
Error occurred when retrieving a Schedule Category information from BPTW
Review of the logs for Business Central shows the following error:
Cannot find a server which has the scheduler running.
