2373042 - SAML authentication on HCPms not working leading to a second authentication challange

Symptom

  • Device registration is attempted in HCPms and the client is seeing a second logon popup.  The popup represents a second authentication challenge.
  • The HCPms log shows this error:
    Failed to process SAML messagecom.sap.security.saml2.sp.sso.exception.BadCredentialsException: The issuer of the received SAML2Response is not a trusted Identity Provider. There is no configuration for IdP 'http://xxxxxx/adfs/services/trust'
