2370361 - SPAM fails with error "key field DD42S-SECKEYNAME contained the value '" when updating ST-PI

Symptom

When you update the ST-PI support packages by SPAM, it fails at the phase of DDIC_IMPORT.
The detail error is as below:

If you check overview of the transport logs, you can see that the DDIC_IMPORT phase ended with error code 8.

By clicking the transport log of the failed phase, you can see the following errors for multiple times:
