2367077 - SUM doesn't recognize ASCS instance and asks for split in phase PREP_CONFIGURATION/ASCS_ASK

Symptom

During an upgrade using Software Update Manager (SUM) ,you are prompted to split the ASCS even though you have ASCS with multi instance setup.

SUM logs have following information:
