Symptom

You are trying to connect to the repository and the below error messages are displayed:

  • Error Connecting to Repository
    Repository connect failed. Check with your repository administrator for assistance.
    Error: Account locked
  • Error Connecting to Repository
    Repository connect failed.
    Error: Account locked

 In the MDM server log, you can see these entries:

<repositoryAdmin host="<host>" application name="<application_name>"><logon status="account locked"><user name="<locked_user>"/> </logon></repositoryAdmin>

 Log-on failure: Account locked, user = <user_name>
