Even though customer has maintained the logon data in the secure area as per KBA 1773689, the logon data is still not visible to SAP Support.
On SAP side, there is an error message 'The view has been restricted for this incident' in the Secure Area as below:
- SAP Support Portal
- SAP ONE Support Launchpad
