We have users requesting an account on LMS via our native URL: https://customer.plateau.com/learning/user/nativelogin.jsp > Add new
They receive their credentials but cannot login:

com.plateausystems.elms.util.helper.ElmsFinderException: not found record at com.plateausystems.elms.bo.i18n.impl.I18nServiceImpl.getPreferencesVOX(I18nServiceImpl.java:1282) at com.plateausystems.elms.bo.i18n.impl.I18nServiceImpl.getUserPreferencesVOX(I18nServiceImpl.java:149)
Caused by: com.plateausystems.elms.util.helper.ElmsNoRecordFoundException: No active Locale found for = : English (United Kingdom) for user : username and type : S
We can find them in LMS > Users but we get the same error when we try to proxy as them.
Resetting the password does not solve the issue.
This does not happen to all users requesting an account and we cannot find a pattern for the affected users.
