Symptom

When users first attempt to login to SAP Work Manager (Syclo Agentry Work Manager) application, they receive a system#notboundexception error. If they retry the login, they are successful. Maximo system is connected and operating normally. SMP server log file would contain the following Exception logged

400#ERROR#com.sap.mobile.platform.server.agentry.console###Agentry Timer Thread########Exception:  20 (Agentry3), JavaBackEndError (JAVA EXCEPTION CAUGHT: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/mail/MessagingException),  at psdi.util.RMISession.disconnect(RMISession.java:144) |
