2351586 - OII error : The request failed with HTTP status 503: Service Unavailable when changing "Ready/Not Ready" CRM/CCtr integration

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.”

  • You have a CRM/SAP Contact Center integration.
  • The "Ready" and "Not Ready" radio buttons are grayed out.
  • There is partial communication in the integration; but no alerts get triggered to CRM, despite all being configured correctly on both ends.
  • In the OII logs you noticed the following error:
